　　我们这里所说的“超国民待遇”则是指境外商家为了吸引中国游客前去消费，专门推出针对中国游客的价格优惠政策（preferential price policies）。 44;ZX$HL  
　　据媒体报道，全球有数十万境外商家计划在十一黄金周期间，专为中国游客推出“支付宝价”（favorable price via Alipay），中国游客只要通过支付宝付款，即可享受15%的折扣。另外，全球有16个机场向中国游客提供通过支付宝退税的服务（offer the option of receiving tax refunds through Alipay）。 ` O;+N"v
