1准备好材料。

2先把买来的汪丁去掉内脏后清洗干净。

3蘑菇用软的刷子轻轻地刷干净表面后清洗干净,然后一切为二。

4锅中倒入少许油,把切好的蘑菇放入锅中煸炒一下,变软后盛出待用。

5锅中再倒入适量油,放入老姜片爆香,把清洗干净的汪丁放入锅中煎一下。

6两面都煎好后,加入适量料酒去腥。

7再加入没过汪丁的开水,煮开后加少许的盐调味,然后把炒好的蘑菇一起放入锅中,大火转中火,煮10分钟。

8等煮至鱼汤浓稠就可以熄火了,出锅前撒上香葱就可以了。
