中华民族的少数民族 The Ethnic Groups of Chinese Nation
China is the biggest family with 56 ethnic groups. Among them, the Han Chinese is the largest and the most highly developed group. The Han Chinese can be found in many parts of China. They mainly live in the north plain region, the middle and the lower reaches of Yangze River and Pearl River Deltas. The other 55 groups are the minority ethnic groups. They are distributed in the mountainous areas of southwest and northwest of China.中国拥有世界上最多的民族——56个民族。其中，汉族是中国最大、最发达的民族。汉人遍布中国的许多地方。他们主要生活在北部平原地区，长江中下游和珠江三角洲。其他55个民族属于少数民族，分布在我国西南、西北山区。
