A southwest Atlanta man has won his second $1 million Georgia Lottery prize。

Delma Kinney, who will celebrate his 51st birthday Dec. 5, recently won a $1 million prize playing the instant game Super Millions。
将在12月5号过51岁生日的Delma Kinney，最近赢得了即开型彩票Super Millions的1百万大奖。
In 2008, Kinney won $1 million playing another instant game. The single father of three set aside a portion of his winnings to save for their college education。
08年的时候，Kinney在买另外一种即开型彩票的时候也中过1百万大奖。这位有三个孩子的父亲把奖金都存下来作为孩子们的大学教育基金。
With his recent win, Kinney says he plans to donate a portion to charity。
