第五届劳动技能竞赛成绩新鲜出炉
第五届劳动技能竞赛的各项项目伴随着中伏天的结束完美落幕。回顾本次比赛，我们发现通过劳动技能竞赛，充分调动了一线员工积极性，不仅形成了各岗位比、赶、超的工作氛围，也更好地提升员工的动手能力和综合素质，提高工作技能。同时，今年的劳动技能竞赛，我们也欣喜的发现，越来越多的部门参与其中，通过创新竞赛形式，也给予了更多人展现自我的机会！
五年的劳动技能竞赛，我们每年都会进步一点点，创新一点点，这些一点点见证了我们的成长和进步，见证了员工们的创新和改进，积少成多，一定会成为推动公司发展的助推器！
