最美夕阳红·文化惠民公益活动合肥站海选活动第十一场
最美夕阳红·文化惠民公益活动合肥站海选第十一场正在火热进行，此次参赛队伍是“合肥武协包河太极推手研究会”。关于太极推手也称打手、揉手、擖手，是太极拳的双人徒手对抗练习，与太极拳套路是体与用的关系，互相补充，相得益彰，至今已有300多年的历史。后来其他一些武术派别也吸收了这一练习方式，产生了各种流派的推手。此次参赛者的他们的代表作品是《古本五禽戏》让我们一起去目睹他们的风采。http://p3.pstatp.com/large/320300000e21b87d033e

据悉最美夕阳红系列公益活动是由中社社会工作发展基金会、人民日报社健康时报主办，中社社会工作发展基金会社会养老产业发展基金、龙骏集团、龙骏家园承办。以传承孝、弘扬爱为主旨精神。以展示中老年人良好的精神风貌为主题。
