英语"公积金上限"怎么说

　　近日，北京住房公积金管理中心发布通知，2010年住房公积金年度月缴存额上限为 2906元。2009年北京市职工住房公积金年度月缴存额以2682元为上限。

　　根据北京住房公积金管理中心发布的通知，2010年住房公积金月缴存额上限从 2682元调整为2906元。

　　文中的threshold of housing public accumulation funds就是“住房公积金上限”，这里的threshold也可以用upper limit来替换。Housing public accumulation funds也就是我们常说的“住房公积金”的全称，常简称为housing fund。

　　Threshold在这里指的是“上限”，一般也用来指“下限”，比如individual income tax threshold(个税起征点)，也就是“开端、门槛”，用来指“最低限度”，例如 threshold of pain指的就是能忍受的疼痛程度，用现在流行的话来说就是“痛点”，我们可以说一个人有low/high threshold of pain(痛点低/高)。相信大家在找工作，甚至谈恋爱时多多少少都经历过“学历门槛”，也就是academic threshold。
