专家研究：提前8周订机票最划算

　　It's the age-old dilemma faced by all holidaymakers: should you book your airline ticket early before the price soars or wait until the last minute when you might be able to find a bargain？

　　According to the Daily Mail, on August 23, two economists have come up with the answer that airline tickets should be booked eight weeks in advance and people should book them in the afternoon to get the best deal。

　　Makoto Watanabe and Marc Moller, came up with the solution using the mind-boggling mathematical formula ∏A =gUG + min (k - g, (1 - g)(1 - r))， where ∏ apparently equals profit. And the formula, published in the latest edition of the Economic Journal, will be invaluable to holidaymakers。

　　The formula shows that booking the ticket eight weeks in advance is the best option for holidaymakers. Booking more than eight weeks ahead could mean you risk having to pay to alter your booking if your plans change. However, if you book it later, there's an increased risk that prices will go up or the flight could be fully booked。

　　对于出远门度假的人都会处于这样的两难境地，那就是应该在票价上涨之前订上票还是等到最后便宜的打折票。

　　据英国《每日邮报》23日报道，l两名经济学家最近找到答案，人们应该提前8周订机票，并且在下午购买最省钱。

　　经济学家渡边诚(音译)和他的同事马克•莫勒经过努力，推算出如下数学公式：∏A =gUG + min(k - g, (1 - g)(1 - r))。其中，∏ 代表“盈利”，它决定着提前购买机票所代表的利益。这个研究成果发表在最新一期的英国《经济杂志》上，对于外出度假的人们来说，它是一个“掌中宝典”。

　　公式显示，提前8周购买机票是最佳选项。如果提前8周以上的话，这就意味着你改变原定计划的风险加大。而如果在更短时间内预定的话，则意味着机票价格居高不下的几率上升，并可能面临更大的风险，那就是机票已经预定完了，没你的份了。
