什么是“替餐”
　　小时候曾经听说过美国有些人白天就吃一顿饭，其它两餐都是吃个药丸就解决了。当时觉得这个事情听着特别不靠谱，药丸怎么能当饭吃呢？如今再说起这个话题，我就不得不感叹科学技术的伟大力量了。原来真有可以当饭吃的营养药啊。
