　　An Autumn Day on My Way to Xiangyin
　　Zhao Shanqing
　　山对面蓝堆翠蛐，
　　草齐腰绿染沙洲。
　　傲霜橘柚青，
　　濯雨蒹葭秀。
　　隔沧波隐隐江楼，
　　点破箫湘万顷秋，
　　是几叶儿传黄败柳？
　　In face I see green hills piled up on hills green,
　　Nearby grass grows waist-deep and grassy isles are seen。
　　Frost-proof tangerines and shaddocks stand proud,
　　Reeds steeped in rain look clear and clean。
　　Across the waves the riverside tower dimmed by cloud,
　　Peeping through boundless autumn on the river, it grieves
　　To see a few withered willow leaves。
