粮食节约行动方案 action plan on saving food

为保障粮食供应及安全，近日，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《粮食节约行动方案》。方案强调推动粮食生产、储存、运输、加工及消费等全产业链各环节节约减损。
China recently issued an action plan on saving food to ensure supplies and security. The plan, released by the general offices of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, China's Cabinet, emphasizes saving food through the entire chain, including grain production, storage, transportation, processing and consumption.

当前，我国粮食需求刚性增长，资源环境约束日益趋紧，粮食增面积、提产量的难度越来越大。全球新冠肺炎疫情持续蔓延，气候变化影响日益加剧，保障粮食供应链稳定难度加大。
节粮减损有助于稳产保供，强化粮食安全。同时，开展节粮减损不仅可以节地节水、节肥节药，还能保护生态、减排降碳，助力碳达峰碳中和，实现绿色发展、可持续发展。
《粮食节约行动方案》提出，到2025年，粮食全产业链各环节节粮减损举措更加硬化实化细化，推动节粮减损取得更加明显成效，节粮减损制度体系、标准体系和监测体系基本建立，常态长效治理机制基本健全，“光盘行动”深入开展，食品浪费问题得到有效遏制，节约粮食、反对浪费在全社会蔚然成风。

餐饮浪费现象，触目惊心、令人痛心！尽管我国粮食生产连年丰收，对粮食安全还是始终要有危机意识。今年全球新冠肺炎疫情所带来的影响更是给我们敲响了警钟。
