美国拟建新式“诺亚方舟”

　　Inspired by the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina in 2005, a group of designers, based in Boston, have come up with a proposal for a new floating city that will sit on the bank of the Mississippi to prevent a similar tragedy. Called the New Orleans Arcology Habitat, or NOAH, it is designed to house up to 40,000 residents, and comes with everything in a normal city - hotels, shops, casinos, schools, gardens and moving walkways for pedestrians。
　　2005年飓风卡特里娜给美国造成重创，受此启发，来自波士顿的设计团队建议在密西西比河沿岸建一座浮动之城，以防类似灾害的再次袭击。据悉，新城市名为新奥尔良理想住处，又称“诺亚”，能为4万居民提供住房。而普通城市里的各种设施都能在“诺亚”里找到——宾馆、商店、赌场、学校、花园以及移动行人道。
