国家残疾预防行动计划印发

The Chinese government has issued a new five-year disability prevention action plan, laying out measures to effectively control the occurrence and development of disabilities. According to the plan issued by the General Office of the State Council, the country will be a leader among middle and high-income countries by the end of 2025 in terms of main disability prevention indicators, with improved policy systems and service networks and a higher level of public awareness.
日前，国务院办公厅印发《国家残疾预防行动计划(2021—2025年)》，对有效减少和控制残疾发生、发展作出部署。《行动计划》提出，残疾预防政策体系进一步完善，预防服务网络更加健全，全民残疾预防素养明显提升，到2025年，我国残疾预防主要指标处于中高收入国家前列。

The plan specifies measures in five major areas, including rehabilitation services, public awareness promotion and the prevention and control of birth defects and disabilities caused by development disorders, illnesses and injuries. The plan sets out tasks to be implemented during the period, such as increasing early screening and intervention among children, strengthening the prevention and control of disabilities resulting from chronic diseases and tightening traffic and transportation safety management.
《行动计划》提出，实施康复服务促进、残疾预防知识普及、出生缺陷和发育障碍致残防控、疾病致残防控、伤害致残防控五大行动，落实好"加强儿童早期筛查和早期干预"、"加强慢性病致残防控"、"加强道路交通和运输安全管理"等工作任务。
