Tennis star Novak Djokovic has lost his court battle to stay in Australia and compete in the Australian Open. Australia's Federal Court on Sunday dismissed the world No 1's application to have his visa cancellation overturned one day before the start of the Australian Open, in which Djokovic had been expected to defend his title.
澳大利亚联邦法院1月16日裁定，驳回塞尔维亚网球选手德约科维奇就自己的赴澳签证被取消而提起的上诉，这意味着世界网坛男单“一哥”、卫冕冠军无法参加次日开赛的2022年澳大利亚网球公开赛。
