　　Terminally-ill Paula Brennan has had her fairytale wedding after she dressed as the Queen of Hearts, her husband Ky as the Mad Hatter, and 200 guests as characters from Alice in Wonderland. Even the vicar wore a caterpillar costume. The couple came up with the idea after doctors last month told Brennan, 42, that she suffers from Polycythemia - a terminal condition which causes her blood to thicken, triggering inoperable tumors in her lungs and womb - and she could die any day。
　　身患绝症的女子名叫保拉•布伦南日前为自己操办了一场仙境般的婚礼：保拉扮演电影《爱莉丝梦游仙境》中的“红心女王”，丈夫凯扮演“疯帽子”，200名宾客分饰电影中的其他角色，就连牧师也入乡随俗装扮成“大毛虫”。据了解，保拉今年42岁，医生上月告知其身患红细胞增多症(这种病会令总血容量绝对增多，导致肺部和子宫中出现无法手术治疗的肿瘤)，而她随时有可能去世，于是夫妻俩想到了这个独出心裁的婚礼。
