A modern community built by a Chinese company on a barren plot of land in Khulna, Bangladesh, aims to serve local people with some of the most complete infrastructure in the country.

In an area of 376,000 square meters, it will include police stations, barracks, shelters, rainwater storage tanks, gas stations, transportation centers, parking lots, children's playgrounds, high schools, mosques, hospitals, commercial centers, temples, hotels, small apartments, employee hostels, community centers, clubs, intern hostels, training centers, swimming pools, indoor sports centers, outdoor sports areas and central leisure parks.
