土耳其女子有望通过子宫移植成为“奇迹妈妈”

　　The 21-year-old women has received a womb from a dead donor. The doctors hope it will prove to be first successful womb transplant in the world。
　　Derya was born without a uterus. Head surgeon Omer Ozkan, who also conducted the world's first double arm transplant, said it's too early tell whether the operation was a success。
　　"We do not have any surgical problems, but more time is needed before we deem the operation a success. Following the operation the first ten days, first three months and first six months are particularly crucial periods."
　　The married patient hopes to conceive after completing a test tube baby programme. A womb transplant was conducted in Saudi Arabia 11 years ago but the organ was removed within months after complications。
　　The uterus is a complex organ supplied by four tiny blood vessels, making it more prone to blood clotting. But these doctors are quietly confident that Derya will give birth to a healthy baby。

　　德亚天生就没有子宫。曾主刀世界上第一例成功的双臂移植手术的知名外科医生俄梅尔•厄兹坎说，现在还很难说这例手术能否成功。
　　“我们认为手术本身没有什么问题，但要确认是否成功还需要一段时间。而术后的前十天，前三个月甚至前六个月对病人的康复来说都尤其关键。”
　　已婚的德亚希望试管婴儿项目完成后自己能怀孕。11年前在沙特阿拉伯，一例子宫移植手术患者术后几个月由于其他并发症不得不又一次摘除了子宫。
　　子宫是个极为复杂的器官，由于只有4根细微的血管为它供血，因此很容易产生血块凝结。但这些医生们对德亚能生出一个健康宝宝颇有信心。
