　　近日最高人民法院发布了19条《婚姻法》司法解释，首次明确认定婚后父母出资为子女购买房产且产权登记在自己子女名下的为夫妻一方财产，此规定被广泛形容为“公婆买房，儿媳没份”，在网上引发了人们的热议。
