             This piem is light -hearted,but it does contain a profound message.Not everyone will be a government laeder,a CEO or number one in his class . The important thing is to be the best you can personally be.
           这是一首轻快的小诗，但却蕴含着深刻的道理。并不是每个人都能成为政府领导、执行总裁或是班上的第一名。重要的是你要尽自己所能做到最好。
If you can't be a pine on the top of the rill,
Be a scrub in the valley-
But e the best ilttle scrub by the side of the rill;
Be a bush if you can't be a tree.
如果你无法成为山顶上的一棵苍松
就做山谷中的一丛灌木——
但一定要做溪边最好的一丛灌木。
如果不能长成参天大树就好好做一丛灌木。

If you acn't be a bush be a bit of the grass,
And sime highway some happier make ,
It you can't be a muskie then just be a bass-
But the liveliest bass in the lake!
如果你成不了灌木，那就做一棵小草，
让道路因人而更有生气，
如果你成不了（海洋中的）大梭鱼就做一条鲈鱼——
但一定要做湖里那条最有活力的鲈鱼！

We can't all be captains,we've got to be crew,
There's something for all of us here.
There's big work to do and there's lesser to do ,
And the task wi must do is the near.
我们不可能都做船长，必须要有人做船员，
总会有适合我们做一些事情。
有大事，也有小事，
我们要做的就是眼前的事。

If you can't be a  highway then just be a trail,
If you can't be the sum be a star;
It isn't by size that you win or you fail-
Be the best of whatever you are!
如果你成不了大道那就做一条小径，
如果你成不了太阳那就做一颗星星；
成功还是失败并不取决于你所做事的大小——
做最好的自己！
